The process
1. Share your plans or measurements
Send over your kitchen plans, or rough measurements if that’s all you have at this stage. Photos help too.
2. Discuss materials and design options
We’ll talk through quartz, granite and porcelain options based on your kitchen, your budget and how you actually use the space, plus details like edge profiles, upstands, and sink positioning.
3. Receive a tailored quotation
A clear, itemised quote, no vague ranges, no pressure to decide on the spot.
4. Select samples and confirm your order
Order physical samples if you’d like to see and feel the material before committing.
5. Professional laser templating
Once your base units are fitted, we arrange precision laser templating, this locks in exact measurements so your worktop fits perfectly.
6. Fabrication
Your worktop is cut and finished by our trusted specialist partners to the exact template.
7. Installation
Professional, tidy installation, coordinated around your schedule.
8. Aftercare and support
We don’t disappear after fitting. We’ll talk you through care and maintenance, and you can register interest in our ongoing Care Plan.
Before templating, make sure:
- Base units are securely fitted and level
- Sinks and hobs are on site, even if not yet fitted
- Final design decisions, edge profile, upstands, sink type, are confirmed
Getting these right before templating day avoids delays later in the process.
